2. Record, capture, or reproduce ToneCat's audio content through screen recording, audio capture software, or any other means for use in your own musical works or projects
3. Redistribute, share, or make available any of ToneCat's audio content as samples, loops, beats, or sound files
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from ToneCat's software or services

Permitted Exceptions: Audio and visual content from ToneCat may be included in the following contexts:

• Practice and Performance Videos: ToneCat's interface and audio may appear in the background or as accompaniment in videos showcasing your musical practice or performance for social media, educational, or promotional purposes, provided the ToneCat content is not the primary focus or most prominent feature
• Reviews and Educational Content: ToneCat's interface and audio may be featured in content created to review, demonstrate, or provide information about ToneCat itself, provided ToneCat is clearly credited

System Security and Proper Use: You agree that you will not:

1. Use bots, automated scripts, or other non-human means to access the services
2. Attempt to overwhelm our servers through denial-of-service attacks, excessive requests, or similar disruptive activities
3. Probe, scan, or test our systems for vulnerabilities or attempt to breach security measures
4. Inject malicious code, scripts, or engage in any activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users
5. Access ToneCat through unauthorized means or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions
6. Use the services for any illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws

Copyright Violation and Enforcement

We may take the following actions:

1. Immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice
2. Content removal requests to platforms hosting infringing material
3. Legal action to protect our intellectual property rights, including seeking damages and legal fees
4. Permanent ban from all ToneCat services

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our content across various platforms. Users found in violation may be reported to the hosting platforms and may face additional consequences under applicable copyright laws.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ToneCat at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms, without prior notice. Repeat offenders or users who engage in serious violations may be permanently banned from our services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain consistent service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
